How do I ask for an animal totem?

Have you paid attention to the messages from the animal kingdom? 

​If you have, what animal visited with you?

​If you haven't made a conscious connection yet, 
here are 6 simple steps to help you.

1. After you decide you want to receive a message, ask source, to send you one.

2. Include Mother Earth in your request. Consciously ask her for a message also.

3. Stay aware. The first animal that you see and sense a connection to, is your answer.

4. Many times it will be an animal you see quite a bit. Take the  time to focus on what you feel they are sharing with you.

5. Do research on this animal as a spiritual totem.

6. Make a journal entry. Write down date, impressions, thoughts on how you can integrate this information into your life and use it for the highest and best for all concerned.
